Authentic Re-produced Mugs:
$50.00 Donation to Historic Schaefferstown

These LIMITED EDITION reproduction mugs are based on a sgraffito mug that was found and excavated from an archaeological dig at the Alexander Schaeffer Farm Distillery, Lebanon County, PA in 2004. Professional potter Jeff White of Lebanon produced these re-creations from the original pieces from the dig site. The redware mugs are true to the original, displaying an unusual German design which includes flowers, leaves, and blue bells. It was thought that blue paint was a rarity for this time, but this discovery may prove us wrong. Mugs may be purchased for a donation of $50.00 or more. Please call the Historic Schaefferstown, Inc. main office for further information.
